Visual Seminar takes place in the framework of relations. relations is a project initiated by Kulturstiftung des Bundes (Federal Cultural Foundation, Germany). The Resident Fellows Program of the Visual Seminar offers an opportunity for visual artists and theoreticians to develop a project on a particular topic always related to the image of the city of Sofia.
